Kathmandu, 15 July : Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged all including his party leaders, cadres and well wishers to join hands in the rescue and relief operation in the aftermath of natural disaster that has affected various parts of the country.      Issuing a press release, Deuba has also expressed profound sorrow over the loss of lives and property caused by the natural disaster.
